Jan Richter-Friis

Jan is a busy top level commercials DoP. His varied career includes shooting the Emmy Award winning crime-thriller series UNIT ONE, episodes of WIRE IN THE BLOOD and the BAFTA award-winning THE MAGICIAN OF SAMURSKUND starring Ben Kingsley. Jan shot his first feature, TREASURE OF THE KNIGHT'S TEMPLAR, in 2005, an action adventure directed by Kaspar Barfoed. His second feature, VED VERDENS ENDE (AT WORLD'S END) shot on location in Australia and Denmark and directed by Tomas Villum Jenson, is scheduled for release later this year.
